President

Rose founded the National Council on Relationships and Disability after identifying a need for increased clinician 

preparedness in this subject area while working as a Certified Therapeutic 

Recreation Specialist at one of the top physical rehabilitation hospitals in the country. She combined her experience in Recreational Therapy with her education in Marriage and Family Therapy and her 

passion for education to create NCORAD, Inc. Rose is also a certified Sex Educator and is currently pursuing her PhD in Human Sexuality.

Dr. Foti is an Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy, at Stockton University.  Her areas of expertise are support for caregivers, telehealth/emedicine, adult learning and development, evidence-based practice.

NCORAD is governed by a Board of Directors. The Executive Committee serves as the administrative decision making body when the full Board is not in session. Members of the Executive Committee are the President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  All Board members serve a minimum of a two-year term.
